You can use the Worldsoft CRM for free - for up to 1,000 customer addresses. Use the expansion packs to affordably expand your CRM (address management and more) by calendar functions, Lead Manager, EMS (E-mail Marketing System), Factura (accounting and article management), Quick Shop and Affiliate (partner program). The Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) is cast from a single mold and available at a highly competitive price!
The basic "FREE" package of the WBS is FREE and includes: 1 user license, up to 1,000 addresses, 500 MB WBS data storage. The WebConnector form builder is already included in the FREE package. These sophisticated and individual forms can be integrated into any website, enabling requests from the website to flow directly into your CRM. This does not require any special interfaces. The free package can be expanded technically or upgraded to a different package at any time. See the following prices.
All prices on this page are monthly rates in EURO plus applicable VAT - the offer is limited to commercial customers.
Calculation of upgrades
You always have an up-to-date overview of your usage. You can upgrade at any time. If you upgrade to a larger package or expand the technical limits, we will calculate the new total amount for the future performance for your selected payment interval (6 or 12 months). Prepaid fees for the previous package will be credited to your account and deducted from your next invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: MEMS enables the sending of circular e-mails. A legitimate circular letter to newsletter recipients is perceived in a positive light. But sending spam e-mails to your contacts without their permission is not admissible and is perceived negatively. We do not tolerate spammers. In case of violations, one of two possible administrative measures apply:
(a) the account of the user sending spam e-mails will be suspended. (b) address downgrades are not provided for and are not automatically possible. A company with 10,000 customer addresses does not suddenly require only 1,000 addresses. Downgrades are only possible on request and on justifiable grounds.
Methods of payment
The FREE package is free of charge. You will not be invoiced for this. The package will be set up and activated for you immediately after your order.
The monthly fees for fee-based packages and upgrades are payable every 6 or 12 months, depending on the payment interval you select during your purchase. After your order, we will send you an invoice. The activation of fee-based packages is done after receipt of payment. If you pay by SEPA Direct Debit, which reduces our administrative burden, you will receive the following two rewards: (a) a permanent 3% discount on payments made by SEPA Direct Debit. (b) an immediate activation of your service, even before receipt of payment.

Notice period and minimum term
The contract may be terminated at any time with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. In the event of a normal termination or termination without notice, prepaid fees will not be refunded, and open account balances must still be settled. Minimum hardware and software requirements
Get started for free; our prices for upgrades and expansions are very moderate. Here are two examples:
(a) the Autopilot package, which includes a CRM and a professional e-mail marketing system (EMS) with unlimited e-mails to 10,000 contacts, is available for only 29,90 euros per month!
Feel free to compare our prices with those of other e-mail marketing system providers. One of the main disadvantages of most providers is that no CRM is included. This means that your valuable customer and potential customer addresses must be maintained in two different programs: once in the address management system (CRM), and once in the e-mail system. In our product, however, your address management and e-mail marketing are cast from a single mold.
(b) the Business package, which allows you to also carry out and automate all your administrative tasks (quotations, invoices, delivery notes, reminders, article management, commission settlement, etc.) in the system, is available for only 49,90 euros per month!
If you compare the WBS with corresponding stand-alone applications (patchwork software), you will find that you would be spending between 100 and 300 euros per month for these programs. And even then you would only be using patchwork software. This either means complex interfaces between programs or duplicate maintenance of customer master data. In our product, however, your address management, e-mail marketing and administration are cast from a single mold.
You can use our Business Suite for FREE and upgrade affordably step-by-step, as needed. As it is a cloud solution, there are no software or hardware costs and no on-going and often expensive updates. You have affordable fixed monthly costs, can continue to grow and are always up to date.
